There is an issue with the movement dials in the ship templates log files.
For some reason they cannot be manipulated in any way other than to move 
them on the map.  You will have to drag the dial for the ships in your list 
from the Pieces tab.  No one has been able to determine what the cause is.  
Everything else can be manipulated normally.
