How to use the operational chits

• Take the chits that you wish to place in the mug and put them on the map
• click the "refill mug" button
• open the mug by clicking the mug icon
• drag the top chit from the mug to the map
• click refill mug to automatically return all chits from the map to the mug

HoD8 example:

• The German player chooses which chit to use
• Highlight the rest of the chits
• Either hit control-R or right click one of the chits and "Return to Mug"
