The counters, map and playing aids artwork in the Kingmaker Module was created by Avalon Hill (see http://www.avalonhill.com/).
Scott Pitcher created the Kingmaker's Vassal module in 2011, and revised same to v1.0 during late 2012-2013.
The following toolbar buttons use images from The Tango! Desktop Project and were found on Wikimedia: Undo last move (Edit-undo.svg), Step forward through log file (Go-next.svg), Show/Hide server controls (Network-workgroup.svg), Retire allow another player to take your side (System-log-out-2.svg), Show the notes window (Accessories-text-editor.svg), Save map as a PNG image (Camera-photo.svg), Zoom in (View-zoom-in.svg), Select zoom (View-zoom-target.svg), Zoom out (View-zoom-out.svg), the background image in the Mark all pieces as not moved button (Mail-mark-junk-2.svg).
The d6 button image is from Wikimedia (Dice trad.png), and is a public domain image from the Open Clip Art Library.
The binocular image in the Show/Hide overview window button is from Wikimedia (Gnome-edit-find.svg) and the Gnome Icon Theme by the Gnome Icon Artists and is licensed under the GNU General Public License.
The "crossed swords" image used in some of the game markers (e.g. Battle Odds) was created by Gfi and is available on Wikimedia (see http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Gfi-set01-battlefield.png).
The globe featured in the Hide/Show Pieces and the Map Overview buttons was found on Wikimedia and is a public domain image.
