This is version 1.0.  It is probably full of problems.  Please let me know what
you find.

Features:  
  o Step Losses can be overlaid on the counter (ctrl-click on a counter to see
    this feature).  Normal step-loss markers are also provided.
  o Artillery shoots have shaded overlays according to type of fire.
  o Dead pile map is available.  Counters can be moved to the dead pile with
    a ctrl-click.
