The Counters, Scenario Instructions, and Orders of Battle for Wavell's War have some discrepancies that are not addressed by the official errata.
The 6* Inf XX HQ 1 (SA) should be included with the Allied "Available for Assembly" at-start units since the divisional counter is available.
The Ethiopian Gideon Force guerrilla units appear on the OOB as "OC 1" and "OC 2", but on the counters they show "1 OC" and "2 OC". Not sure it makes much difference which is correct since it is obvious, in this case, that they are the same units.
Per an Arthur Goodwin past ruling, the 26 EA 1-6 (unsupported) Brigade reinforcement the Allied player receives on the JAN I 41 turn should instead be a 1-6* (supported) brigade.
According to the Allied OOB, on the Jul I 1941 turn and the Oct I 1941 turn, the Allied player receives an ISF (Indian State Forces) Inf RP. Since the Allied player never receives any ISF units, I believe that these should be Ind Army Inf RPs instead.
The Italian 1-6 BGuib Inf X that starts in hex WW3:1615, I believe should be listed as a (Col) unit since this matches the counter.
There is no counter from either the WITD or WW counter sheets to match the Italian 1-6 3rd Art III that starts in hex WW6:0713 and is also mentioned under Artillery Concentration for Axis Conditional Reinforcements on the bottom right of page 23 of the WW OOB. The closest match I could find is an Italian 1-6 3rd Art X counter so this is the unit I used in the module instead.
The Italian Bande (Col) 0-1-5 2dC Lt Inf (X) unit appears on the OOB, but the counter is a 0-1-5 2dC Lt Inf (II). I have modified the counter image to match the OOB.
According to the Axis OOB, a 1-capacity permanent airfield and the 8 Dub (Col) 0-1-6 Lt Inf [X] Bande unit are supposed to start in the town of Afmadu (WW3:1416). On the map, the town of Afmadu is actually in hex WW3:1317, so this is where I placed the counters on the Campaign Game with Bande setup.
According to rule 12C1b, each Axis-owned city in Italian East Africa is a limited supply terminal. However, the Italian Order of Battle has a list of available limited supply sources and both of the cities, Asmara (WW14:2207) and Soddu (WW7:0211), are not included. I believe this was intentional and that the OOB supersedes the rules. Therefore, these cities are not limited supply sources on the game setups.
If playing with the Italian Fantasy 3 (East Africa) OOB Option, the 22 (Col) 1-6* Inf XX HQ unit is supposed to start in the town of Scira Ghimara (WW7:1918). On the map, the town of Scira Ghimara is actually in hex WW11:1918, so this is where I placed the unit on the Campaign Game with Italian Fantasy 3 setup.
According to the Invasion of British Somaliland scenario OOB, some of the Italian units are supposed to start in the town of Giggiga (WW6:1810). On the map, the town of Giggia is actually in hex WW6:1811, so this is where I placed the units for the Invasion of British Somaliland scenario setup.
According to the Allied OOB, when using all 21 maps sheets, a 3-capacity permanent airfield is supposed to start in the town of Wadi Halfa (WW18:0311). On the map, the town of Wadi Halfa is actually in hex WW18:0411, so this is where I placed the airfield counter on the Campaign Game setups.
According to rule 40A3, place arrivals for the East Africa Command listed as "Arrive from Middle East" in any Red Sea hexes along the north edge of Map WW17 or in any Allied-owned hex in Egypt or Sudan on the north edge of Map WW17-18. If you choose to only use maps WW1 to WW16 per the East Africa Campaign Scenario Rules, these maps are not used. Not sure what the solution for this should be. Several people including John M. Astell have suggested that they be placed on NTPs on the north edge of Map WW13.
