Hex | Effects |
Plain | It costs all ground units 1 MP to enter a plain hex. |
River | It costs all ground units, except LBs, 2 MPs to enter a river hex. LBs enter river hexes at a cost of 1 MP. |
Forest | All ground units move through forest hexes at a rate of 1 hex per turn. Ground units must stop when they enter a forest hex, and cannot move again until next turn. DBs have their combat strength halved when they attack ground units in forest hexes. |
Marsh | No ground units, except LBs, can enter marsh hexes. LBs enter marsh hexes at a cost of 1 MP. |
Crater | No ground units can enter crater hexes. |
