1. | Take map extension from Pieces > Map Marker to the side of the board, map extension can be rotated. If you want to move already placed extension to other place, press Shift + Left click to select, |
2. | Any Map Marker pieces (e.g., AA Zone, Clouds, Taskzone) once placed to map, can only be selected using Shift + Left click, |
3. | Taskzone has label that can be renamed as desired, (i.e., 'Taskzone A' or 'A') using Ctrl +L, |
4. | Take the desired plane control panel from Pieces > Control Panel menu to the Allies or Axis Board Map. Place the required tokens such as rectangle slider for burst tracker and square slider for full throttle tracker, |
5. | Take the desired plane counter from Pieces > Airplane to the map extension, |
6. | Plane counter have an altitude and nose position. Altitude can be changed by using Ctrl + Up Arrow or Down Arrow to increase or decrease the altitude level. You can also change the nose position by using Shift + Up Arrow or Down Arrow, |
7. | Plane can be moved around map using Numpad 8 to move forward, Numpad 4 to move left, or Numpad 6 to move right. Plane facing will be auto adjusted to after it move, |
8. | Movement Trail (Ctrl + T) can turned on/off to show plane movement around map. It can help to check plane agility vs turn taken during movement phase, especially for plane with rotary engine (gyroscopic effect), |
9. | To reset moved counter and remove marker, click on the 'Mark Unmoved' button and 'Remove Marker' on the right side of the menu button. |
